Mentorship
Second year MBA candidates give their time and effort to support the incoming investment banking recruiting class every year. We match GFA mentors with incoming students to optimize preparation for the diversity of backgrounds, work experience, and career goals. Mentors and mentees maintain close contact during the whole of recruiting.
Interview Practice
Our second-year MBA students spend time mock-interviewing first-year students throughout the semester, preparing them for coffee chats, deal discussions, behavioral interviews, interview-only events, and final-round interviews.
Our Technical Development team creates question guides, interview question repositories, and workshops on deals, market knowledge, and story development.
